The coming of age drama portray the relentless pursuit of the layman, the oppressed section of society who is in a constant struggle and fight to reclaim their unique identity and rightful place in a world meant for all.。原作は児童精神科クリニックを舞台に、自らも発達障害（ADHD）を抱える院長と研修医のコンビが、さまざまな生きづらさを抱える子供とその家族に向き合うさまを描いた同名マンガ。ドラマでは、叔母が営んでいた小さなクリニックを引き継ぐ佐山卓を山崎が演じ、自身の発達障害を知り一度は医者になることをあきらめようとする研修医・遠野志保に松本が扮する。。
