女警阿南（吴君如 饰）行事笨拙，在抓捕毒枭陈凉时失误反将父亲冯sir害死。阿南自此苦练身手，期望为父报仇。阿南利用毒贩肥七（成奎安 饰）的情妇阿珍（柏安妮 饰）为线人，从其处得到了肥七将和陈凉交易的消息。阿南自告奋勇参与抓捕，反被上司老虎狗（刘镇伟 饰）公报私仇予以压制，阿南自作主张出手却再次导致陈凉逃脱。阿南担忧阿珍安危，与同事丽琛（林小楼 饰）一同看顾，在毒瘾发作的阿珍再三恳求下为其抢夺毒品。当夜，肥七找到阿珍后将其毒打，又令人围堵阿南、丽琛二人。结果丽琛身亡，阿南逃出后又被老虎狗设计陷害。走投无路的阿南逃出警局，去寻找肥七的亲弟弟小贤（周星驰 饰），这是她一雪前耻的最后机会……。Five carpoolers travel in a motorhome to reach a common destination.
